Advanced booking is mandatory as we want you to enjoy the comfort of a perfectly sized bus and the luxury of a small group by having booked the right number of authorized guides.
DivineTour is an online-only booking service, it is not possible to book by phone. You can contact our booking team around-the-clock by email. You can also ring our employees from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 15:30 PM (GMT+1) for enquiries.
You will find all dates, on which group tours of DivineTour are offered, in the calendar posted next to every tour offer on our homepage www.Divine-Tour.com. Click on the selected month and you will see the tour dates. Tours that are already fully booked will show “fully booked”.
VIP tours, exclusively organised for your group, can be booked every day, starting either in the morning at 9:00 or 9:30 or in the afternoon at 3:30 or 4:00 PM. Days or dates on which the operation of a VIP tour needs to be limited due to closed churches or museums, are crossed out in the calendar and cannot be booked.
DivineTour carries out VIP tours every day, regardless if they fall on public holidays or not. Only those dates, on which important touring sites remain closed, are excluded. Excluded dates will not be shown in the booking calendar.
Along with every offer of a group tour, you will see if there are free spots on the chosen day when you click on the date in the calendar.
Your payment by credit card, bank transfer or Giro pay will be handled by PayPal, one of the global leaders in online payments.
Your credit card and bank details will only be saved by PayPal, banks or credit card issuing institutes and not by DivineTour.
Once you have filled out all the required boxes in our online booking mask on our website and paid for the booked tour with your credit card or bank account via PayPal, you will promptly receive our confirmation email and your tour voucher at the email address you submitted. Your voucher will have detailed information regarding the meeting point and the begin of the booked tour, as well as a telephone number you can ring in case you are running late and cannot be at the meeting point on time.
Please print out this confirmation voucher and show it to your guide once you have reached the meeting point on your tour day.

Cancellations and date/time amendments communicated via email to email@example.com, quoting your ticket number, your name and email address, no less than seventy two (72) hours before your tour date are free of charge.
Date/time amendments communicated less than seventy two (72) hours before your tour date may be subject to an additional service fee for rebooking.
No partial refunds will be given for cancellations made less than seventy two (72) hours before your tour date.

You’ll find the meeting point for your tour described in general terms in our tour descriptions before you book. You will then find precise instructions to the meeting point in your voucher, which you will receive in an email after booking.
The pick-up service from your inner city hotel in an electric car is included for VIP tours. When you book these tours you will be asked to provide the name of your hotel.
That is possible. But it’s important that this address is in the inner city area as the autonomy of our electro vehicles is limited.
Group and VIP tours end at the place specified in your voucher. The drop-off service to your hotel is not included.
Group tours will be carried out if there are at least 5 (five) participants. If this minimum number of participants is not achieved, we will inform you at least 48 hours before the planned start of the tour and offer you an alternative group tour or an upgrade to a VIP tour.
We visit churches that you should only enter with covered shoulders, backs and knees. On warm days, please bring along a shawl to cover your shoulders. DivineTour is not responsible if tour participants are not admitted into a church because of inappropriate clothing.
DivineTour offers all available VIP tours and transfers and most available group tours and transfers in English. When booking, choose out of the language options “English” as your desired tour language.
The price for the tour includes liability insurance in your name to cover damages you as a driver could cause others. An optional insurance for the driver can be procured for a small additional charge, if desired.
You will receive more information on this after every booking that includes self-driving in an electro car or on a scooter.
No, you only need your own driving licence, which allows you to drive a car.
For all tours offered by DivineTour you can consult the calendar shown on the site. If your desired date is not shown in the calendar then it is beyond the currently bookable period of time. In this case, please try again later. Our products are up-dated quarterly.
DivineTour tours can only be booked if a date is chosen.
If the tour is a gift and you don’t know the date of travel of the recipient, choose a date as late as possible in the calendar year and tell the recipient to correct the date in good time by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
No, our guides tell the dramaturgy of the movie as an entertaining element of the tour, you can follow any of our tours without having read the book or watched the movie.
DivineTour offers a variety of in-house designed bookable tours and associated services. We constantly expand our product range. We do not offer customized tours.
DivineTour allows a maximum of 20 persons for each service. For larger groups please send an enquiry to email@example.com. Our Customer Service Team will promptly send you an email with an offer for the desired tour, customized to the size of your group.
By less than 20 participants the prices for individual bookings are applied.
DivineTour only offers discounts for children. These discounted seats can be chosen when booking on our website. We do not offer further discounts, unless the group is larger than 20 participants. For groups of this size, please request an offer by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DivineTour offers discounts for the booking of multiple tours. Please find the current offers and packages on our website. Our booking system automatically calculates possible price reductions for the booking of multiple tours, as soon as the chosen tours have been moved into the shopping cart.
There are no discounts for tour combinations that are not offered.
All brochure pages of DivineTour are created electronically. These include all needed information for the desired tour and are only shown in the internet. If you need more information, please send an email to email@example.com.
When you book a tour with DivineTour, you will find the option “This is a gift”. Please choose this option when booking a gift, you will then receive a tour ticket that doesn’t show a price, which you can give to the recipient.
When booking a tour as a gift, please provide the name and mobile number of the recipient. Only then can we guarantee that the tour ticket is issued under the name of the recipient.
Currently DivineTour does not offer vouchers to give away.
You can order our offers found on our website at any time. For this, just specify your desired tour date and the number of participants, the offer that you will then be shown represents a binding tour offer. If you would like to make use of the offer, please continue with the booking process by placing the offer in the shopping cart and paying for the now following order. All online offers are valid and up-to-date.
DivineTour does not provide any information on the hotel offers in the corresponding tour cities. For this please contact a travel agency, a local Tourist Office or websites, where you can immediately find a hotel close to the tour meeting points by entering keywords.
